The Receptionist role will be proficient in using all relevant aspects of Titanium for entering Patient information in accordance with Northern Territory Oral Health Services (NTOHS) policy.

Overview

This Titanium training program is designed to cover the system functions and User skills required for NTOHS reception staff to review and maintain Titanium Patient Files and Appointment Books in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
  • Understand the Northern Territory version of Titanium
  • Locate the Titanium Intranet page, know what resources are available and understand how to obtain assistance
  • Log into Titanium
  • Launch the components of Titanium in the correct sequence (Patient File and Appointment Books)
  • Search for and load Patient Files
  • Identify, locate and use relevant Tabs of the Patient File
  • Locate and use relevant icons
  •  Create and cancel Alerts
  • Create and import a document
  • Navigate to Appointment Books
  • Create an Appointment Book Roster, Session and Block
  • Create and manage Appointments.

This self-paced, online course is specific to NTOHS Reception staff required to use Titanium in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.

Technical Requirements

The participants require access to a computer, laptop, or tablet with an internet connection.  The videos contain audio, so you will need a headset or speakers.  Videos may include screen captures of systems with a lot of detail, so a large PC monitor is recommended for best viewing.

Completion

Course participants must complete the entire course to achieve course completion. Course completion criteria include:

  1. Acknowledgment of reading the IMPORTANT: Cybersecurity information
  2. Watch videos – all slides and up to the Video Summary slide
  3. Obtain the pass grade for each Knowledge Check activity
  4. Completing the Evaluation form
