Introduction

This course provides participants with the skills to successfully access and navigate around the Health Procurement System.

Target Audience

All staff based in Central Australia (including CAHS, DoH and TEHS staff) who are involved in the process of requesting or approving requests for consumable items using the Health Procurement System.

•  Access the Health Procurement System
•  Navigate your way around the system.

Prerequisites

This course is a prerequisite for the Health Procurement System for Requesters course and the Health Procurement System for Financial Delegates course.

Duration

Approximately 15 minutes self-paced course.

What do I need to do to complete this course?

This course includes one short eLearning module. On completion, participants need to complete a short quiz to confirm that the learning outcomes have been achieved.

In order to gain access to the system, you will need to successfully complete this course and a subsequent course for either Requesters or Financial Delegates. Once you have completed the second course, you can complete a User Access Form and submit it to the system administrators who will in turn, grant you access to the system.

Technical Requirements

This course involves the viewing of an online training video. Please ensure you have headphones available or otherwise are situated in a quiet location away from other staff prior to playing a video.
