Many occupations involve sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time.
Although this may lead to gains in versatility and output, it has the potential to do more harm to your health than good.
The way you sit at your desk can make an enormous difference to how you feel at the end of the day.
This Computer Ergonomics module contains:
- Health problems caused by poor ergonomics.
