Target
A course for all health professionals who work with clients with diabetes in a primary health care setting.
Overview
At completion of the 3-day course participants will gain a sound introductory knowledge relating to:
- The risk factors for and prevention of diabetes.
- The detection of diabetes in the community.
- The management of diabetes in the community
- The complications of diabetes, prevention/screening and management.

Three-day interactive workshop that takes place from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Costs
Nil cost to participant.
Completion
This workshop requires 100% attendance at all days.
