Many accidents, injuries and diseases can occur when workers are new to a job. So the first few weeks can be a dangerous time unless workers are aware of the hazards associated with the new working environment.
This Workplace Health and Safety Introduction module contains:
- An organisation's (PCBU's) obligations under WHS legislation
- Worker's duty of care and responsibilities
- The importance of an effective health and safety program at work
