Target
A course for all Aboriginal Health Practitioners who work with clients with diabetes in a primary health care setting.
Overview
At completion of the 3 day course participants will gain a sound introductory knowledge relating to:
- The risk factors for and prevention of diabetes
- The detection of diabetes in the community.
- The management of diabetes in the community
- The complications of diabetes, prevention/screening and management.
