Overview

This will be a face to face information session and will be open to NTPS employees in the regions who manage staff on the topic of Dispute Resolution and Internal Complaints.

The session covers legislation, complaints handling policy & procedures, responsibilities of the supervisor and employee, resolution options, potential disciplinary actions & Section 59 review of grievances. 

This information session will run for approx. 1.5. Hours with allowances for question time.

Pre-Requisite

Participants must have completed the following courses before enrolling:
