This course introduces participants to the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption, the legislation by which the Commissioner and the office of the ICAC is established, and the definitions of improper conduct as set out in the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2017 (the ICAC Act).
It outlines the responsibilities of public officers under the ICAC Act with particular emphasis on mandatory reporting obligations.

Duration and Delivery
Virtual delivery approximately 1 hour should be set aside for this course.
Completion Requirements
To complete this course, participants must complete the following activities:
- Attend the virtual training session for the entire duration.
- Successfully complete the quiz.
- Complete the Acknowledgment of Understanding.
The Training Evaluation will become available to you once you complete the above activities. You will be able to obtain your Certificate of Completion once you have submitted your Training Evaluation.
