These CCIS tutorials are intended for all staff utilising CCIS to record client treatment or care. The tutorials provide opportunities to learn more about how to effectively use the CCIS system.

These tutorials will focus on specific tasks /activities relevant to user needs and will provide users with an opportunity to share information, discuss any challenges and become more familiar with the system.    

Target

These tutorials are aimed at staff who are required to use the CCIS system in their roles.

Duration

The duration of the tutorials will vary depending on the topic/task being covered.

Completion

This tutorial is not graded, only participant attendance will be recorded.

Technical Requirements

The participants require access to a computer, laptop, or tablet with an internet connection and a headset/earphones.
