This training course is intended for Outpatient Appointment Management workflow requirements.

• Appointment bookings
• Reschedule or cancelling bookings
• Managing overbooking
• Outcomes of appointments
• Day of clinic management
• Discharge outpatient episode

Recommended pre-learning

It is recommended you complete the following eLearning  and Instructor-Led courses prior to attending this session:

  • Acacia 1.0 Fundamentals v3

  • Acacia 1.0 Patient Master Index Training (PMI) v2

  •  Acacia 1.0 Outpatient Referral Management (Instructor-Led)

Session delivery mode

The training sessions are either delivered face-to-face onsite or virtually via Microsoft Teams. 

Please ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using.

Duration

3 hours.

Completion requirements

To be marked as completed, you are required to attend the entire training session. 

Technical requirements

Sessions delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using. 

You must prepare for training by testing Microsoft Teams and your headset/audio/microphone.
