Overview

This course provides an overview of the Acacia 1.0 functionality for Allied Health users that work across the inpatient setting.

Pre-Requisite

You will be required to log in to MyLearning with your nominated MyLearning account. For NTG employees, this is your NTG username and password. For all other participants, use your MyLearning username and password.

You must complete the Acacia Fundamentals v2 course (1 hour 20 minutes) before you can attempt this course.

Duration (online course)

6 videos ranging from 1 to 13 minutes each in duration. The final video is optional. This course is expected to take 40 minutes to complete uninterrupted.

Costs

Nil.

Completion

You must watch videos 1 to 5 to be assessed as "completed".

Technical requirements

You may prefer to use a headset to listen to the narration within the videos. Closed captions can be turned on via the CC icon after you open the videos.

Viewing the videos on a large monitor/screen is recommended. You can view the videos on a laptop, however you may experience legibility issues in some areas. Viewing the videos on a tablet or other mobile device is not recommended.

Login for NTG users and other MyLearning account holders: 

For NTG staff, you will be required to use your NTG credentials. These are the same details you use to log onto your work computer.

For non-NTG staff, ie. external users, you will be prompted to login using your MyLearning account. 

Non-NTG users who do not have a MyLearning account

If you do not have a MyLearning account you will need to apply for a MyLearning account using the Application form for non-departmental staff.
