After a sector-wide introduction and an overview of the development roadmap, OCLC will provide a refresh training on Reporting and Analytics, and the use of WorldShare Report Designer, in particular to create a customised report in different scenarios. This course is an extended session of OCLC WorldShare Reports / Analytics Webinar on 27 April 2023.
