Introduction to ICAC and Mandatory Reporting introduces public officers to the role and functions of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC). This course is delivered virtually through Microsoft Teams and contains other online elements.

Target

A course for all public sector officers.

Purpose

The course will familiarise public officers with a variety of definitions under the ICAC Act and outline the obligations of every public officer set out in the ICAC Act.

Pre-Requisite

Complete the pre-reading (Mandatory Reporting Directions and Guidelines). You may wish to also consult the ICAC Act (this is optional).

1. Read the Mandatory Reporting Directions and Guidelines.
2. Book into a Seminar event.
3. Successfully pass the quiz.
4. Complete the Acknowledgement of Learning.
