Overview

This course covers: Resource Schedules, Modify an Existing Schedule, Resource Menu Options and Bulk Rebook. 

Target audience

Central Australia
Specific to those in the MHAOD area including Outpatient Clinic, Child and Youth Clinic.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this course users will be able to:

  • Creating a new Resource Schedule and session details
  • Understand how to add services to a newly created schedule.
  • Understand how to create entries for a clinic operating on multiple days.
  • Understand how to add a public holiday date that you require a selected clinic session to be open and available to book
  • Understand how to generate the Appointment schedule
  • Understand how to generate an Appointment schedule for a visiting clinician
  • Understand how to modify existing schedules
  • Add additional sessions (Days or Time)
  • Understand the Advanced session details options that are available to NT facilities
  • Understand how to Add/Review services to an existing schedule or session

Recommended pre-learning

It is recommended you complete the following eLearning courses prior to attending this face-to-face session:

  • Acacia 1.0 Fundamentals v3

  • Acacia 1.0 Patient Master Index Training (PMI) v2

Session delivery mode

The training sessions are delivered face-to-face onsite or virtually via Microsoft Teams. 

Duration

3 hours.

Technical requirements

Sessions delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using. 

You must prepare for training by testing Microsoft Teams and your headset/audio/microphone

Completion requirements

To be marked as complete, you are required to attend the full training session.
