This course covers: Operating Theatres Worklist, Create Waiting List Entry, Waiting List Enquiry, Waiting List Suspend, Waiting List Remove/Reinstate, Copy IPWL Entry, Waiting List Transfer, Book theatre session from the Wait List, Confirm Perioperative Appointment, Amend and Cancel Theatre Booking and associated episodes, Direct Theatre Bookings, Resequencing List, Swap Theatres, Outpatient Worklist, Medical Record Requesting and Reports.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course users will be able to:
- Overview of the Operating Theatres Planner page
- Modifying Theatre Planner filters
- Overview of the Operating Rooms List and IPWL Enquiry tabs
- Create an Ad Hoc session assigned to a Surgeon
- Modifying Care Providers
- The participants shall be able to create waiting list entries for new patient
- Participants shall be able to search for values entered into the Waiting List Enquiry screen, a list of waiting list records then displays
- Use the Inpatient Waiting List Details screen to add or update details for a waiting list entry
- Suspend a Waiting List Entry
- Participants shall be able to use the waiting List Remove/Reinstate screen to remove an active Waiting List or reinstate a Waiting List which has a current status of Removed
- Participants shall be able to transfer inpatient waiting list entry to a different Specialty/Clinician
- Participants shall be able to transfer inpatient waiting list entry to a different Hospital.
- Participants shall be able to book theatre which creates inpatient preadmission from the waiting list.
- Participants shall be able to book Perioperative Assessment Clinic (previously known as preadmission clinic PAC) for both the Anaesthetist and Nurse.
- Participants shall be able to create required letter
- Participants shall be able to mark booking that the patient has been notified of the Preadmission
- Ability to record contact made between facility and patient / relevant care provider. Reason for contact and contact method is recorded. Outcome is also recorded within this screen.
- Find an existing booking by date in order to confirm the theatre case as Preadmission Confirmed
- Update the linked preadmission appointment to confirmed
- Participants shall be able to mark booking that the patient has confirmed the Preadmission
- Change the date of admission of a Wait Listed procedure.
- Find an existing booking by date in order and cancel the theatre case
- Additionally, cancel the linked preadmission episode
- Create a theatre booking directly into a session via the planner
- Using the Session: Inpatient Booking menu
- Recording that prosthesis are required for the procedure
- Recording of a secondary procedure
- Requesting a post-op bed during the booking process
- Adding an additional staff member to the booking
- Modifying Theatre Planner filters
- Covers functionality to enable swapping of theatre schedules.
- The process to setup preferences for the Appt Worklist and understand available functions
- Request a Patient's Medical Record
- Access, and generate NT reports
