- Review the Patient List view
- Review the Ward Summary
- Review the Mental Health ward Linked locations
- Review the Ward Summary from Patient List View
- Review the Ward Summary from Main Menu
- Review the ED Floorplan and salient icons
- Review ED Floorplan to find Pre-Arrivals
- Search the Episode Enquiry for patient Episodes
- Open and review patients Inpatient Episode Details including Discharge details
- Open and review patients Emergency Episode Details including Triage Notes, Observations, Assessment and Discharge details
- Review Clinician Notes available in Emergency Episodes
- Locate patient Discharge Summaries
- Review Clinician Notes for an admitted patient in a bed
- Navigate to letters and other comments available within an episode
- Gain Temporary Access to a Restricted Patient Record
- Clinicians are able set up preferences for Internal Consult worklist to review orders
- Review all outstanding Consult order from ED
- Run 7 Day follow-up Live Action Report
- Place Retrospective 7 Day Follow-up Consult Order
- Update and close MH 7 Day follow up order
- Review completed 7 Day follow up orders
- Review and Update Patient Registration Details including Demographics, Home and Contact Details, Other Addresses, Contact Person, Patient Photo and Care Provider
- Review existing Inpatient Episode Details
- Update missing mandatory data for Inpatient Episode Details
- View Allergies and Sensitivities
- Identify migrated Allergies and Acacia allergies
- Adding a new No Known Allergies status
- Correcting the migrated No Known Allergies allergy
- Editing an existing allergy
- Removing an allergy
- View Alerts
- Identify migrated Alerts and Acacia Alerts
- Editing an existing alert
- Removing an alert
- Add Floorplan Note
- Request a Patient's Medical Record
- Add a new patient allergy
- Transcribing migrated Allergies and Sensitivities
- Remove an allergy or sensitivity entered in error
- Creating a new alert
- Transcribing migrated alerts
- Remove an alert entered in error
- Identify assigned Clinician, Shared Care Clinician and Nurse for a patient
- Identify a patient is on leave, out of the ward
- Setup Current Inpatients preferences to suit the individual user
- Find a specific current inpatient from the Inpatient list

The training sessions are delivered face-to-face onsite or virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Technical requirements
Sessions delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using.
You must prepare for training by testing Microsoft Teams and your headset/audio/microphone
Completion requirements
To be marked as complete, you are required to attend the full training session.
