Overview
This course covers: Logon locations, Inpatient Ward review, Access and update patient information via PMI, patient allergies & sensitivities, patient alerts, episode enquiry, view clinical notes via EPR, Break the Glass, Current Patient’s List, View Ward Theatre List and other theatre procedures – All Sites, Navigate ED Floorplan, Consult Orders, Add Floorplan Notes, Request Medical Record, Change Care Provider, Outliers on Leave, Update section in presenting complaint and update mental health minimum dataset.

- Transfer the patient to another care provider of the same speciality
- Change care type/ statistical discharge to transfer a patient to the care of another specialty
- Review existing Inpatient Episode Details
- Update Section in Presenting Complaint
- Complete Mental Health Minimum Dataset for Mental Health outlier in preparation for discharge

The training sessions are delivered face-to-face onsite or virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Technical requirements
Sessions delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using.
You must prepare for training by testing Microsoft Teams and your headset/audio/microphone
Completion requirements
To be marked as complete, you are required to attend the full training session.
