At the end of this course users will be able to:
- To view outstanding medical records requests
- Create a Medical Record Volume
- Print the Medical Record Front-Cover Label
- Create a tourist card and move ED/OP episode into the card
- Create a temporary Medical Record
- Inactivate Medical Record Volume
- Inactivate or Reactivate Medical Records Volume
- Delete a Medical Record volume.
- Request a Patient's Medical Record
- Capture the medical record movements
- Move a Medical Record without a Request

- Add multiple patients to the bulk medical record request
- Complete the bulk medical record request.

The training sessions are delivered face-to-face onsite or virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Technical requirements
Sessions delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using.
You must prepare for training by testing Microsoft Teams and your headset/audio/microphone
Completion requirements
To be marked as complete, you are required to attend the full training session.
