This course covers: managing bookings for elective and emergency cases, pre-operative readiness, theatre allocations and real time updates on patients and staff movements.

- Move theatre bookings from one resource to another
- Resequence theatre list
- Book emergency cases and book readmit to theatre.

Session Delivery Mode
Training sessions are delivered:
- Face-to-face onsite, or
