In this session you will learn how to:
- Understand an existing Community Episode
- Book an appointment for an open episode
- Book an AOD appointment in an existing episode
- Overbook an appointment regardless of clinic schedule
- Book Direct appointment
- Book appointment with patient URN
- Book appointment outside of clinic hours
- Book an appointment outside of schedule
- Transfer an appointment

Session Delivery Mode
Training sessions are delivered:
- Face-to-face onsite, or
- Virtually via Microsoft Teams
- Please ensure the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the device you will be using.
