Course Overview
Communication shapes how people collaborate, solve problems and build trust at work. Many workplace misunderstandings occur not because people lack expertise, but because messages are unclear, assumptions are made or people are not truly heard. Becoming a strong communicator and influencer could be the key to getting your proposals, ideas, and projects over the line.
This 1 day workshop will help you strengthen your communication, so your message is clear, purposeful, and practical. You will explore your communication style, its impact on others, the small shifts in language, listening, and questioning that can improve workplace interactions and your ability to pitch influential content.
Learning Outcomes
This course will provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to:
- Understand your communication style and how it influences others
- Recognise how language, tone and assumptions shape conversations
