Welcome to Project Management Fundamentals available as face to face or virtual training.
This 2 day Project Management Fundamentals course provides the foundations to effectively initiate and manage workplace projects. Covering the end-to-end project lifecycle, this course gives you practical insights into the critical knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).

Duration
Face-to-face and virtual training will take 2 full days to complete.

Technical requirements
No technical requirements for face-to-face training.
- Virtual training requires participants to have access to a computer with internet, video (web camera and monitor) and audio (headphones/speakers and microphone) via desktop computer, laptop or phone.
- Participants are to test the device's operation (audio and visual) prior to the training session.
