This training program is intended to provide Service Specific CCIS training for the Palliative Care work unit.

Target Audience 

This half-day (240 minutes) training program is explicitly aimed at Palliative Care staff using CCIS who already have completed the CCIS Basic New User training program.

Recommended Pre-Learning

It is recommended you complete the CCIS Basic New User Training before enrolling in this course.

Session Delivery Mode

Training sessions are delivered:

  • Face-to-face onsite, or
  • Virtually via Microsoft Teams
    • Please ensure the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the device you will be using.

Duration

Completion Requirements

To be marked as completed, participants must:

  • Attend the entire training session
  • Participate in all required activities

Technical Requirements
