This training program is intended to provide Service Specific CCIS training for the Palliative Care work unit.
Target audience
This half-day (4hrs) training program is explicitly aimed at Palliative Care staff using CCIS who already have completed the CCIS Basic New User training program.

- Search for and View or Update an Equipment Prescription
- Create a New Equipment Prescription
- Add Equipment Items and Actions
- Finalise an Equipment List
- Cancel an Equipment Item
- Revoke an Equipment Prescription
- Create, View and Update a Bereavement List
- Create/Update a Bereavement Care Case
- Add Site of Death details

Recommended pre-learning
It is recommended you complete the CCIS Basic New User Training before enrolling in this course.
Session delivery mode
The training sessions are either delivered face-to-face onsite or virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Please ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using.

Completion requirements
To be marked as completed, you are required to attend the entire training session.
Technical requirements
Sessions delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, ensure that the Microsoft Teams application is installed on the asset you will be using.
You must prepare for training by testing Microsoft Teams and your headset/audio/microphone.

How to cancel
• Email DCDDABS-HSS.TrainingRequests@nt.gov.au as soon as possible or
• Self-cancel on MyLearning by opening the training event and clicking the Cancel button.
Please note that cancelling the Outlook calendar invitation does not cancel the session or notify the trainer.
