All NTG Employees should sign in with their NTG LAN account. This is the best way to ensure the accuracy of your training records in MyLearning.
Contact the IT Service Centre at 1800 000 254 or email service.centre@nt.gov.au for assistance if you are experiencing difficulties signing in with your NTG LAN account (helpdesk is available 24/7) or refer to (Help Guide for log in issues).
IMPORTANT ACTION TO AVOID DELAYS IN COMPLETING YOUR ESSENTIAL TRAINING
If you already have an account with a different username from another agency, request to merge all your accounts by emailing AGSeLearning.DCDD@nt.gov.au with both account details before accessing your new account log in.
Non NTG Employee
If you already have a MyLearning account, log in using the password you were previously given. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgotten your username or password” to reset your password.
