Provides an introduction to the Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS).
Includes information on access, permissions and legislation. Includes instructions on system navigation, conducting searches and explanation of the Offender Summary.
Target Audience
All IOMS users.
Learning Outcomes
To increase the understanding of:
- - Who uses IOMS,
- - The approval process for IOMS access,
- - The responsibilities for handling confidential information,
- - How to conduct a search for an offender,
- - How to conduct a search by location,
- - How to update offender personal details,
- - and where to find out more about an offender's physical description.

This is an online self-paced module. You may return at any stage to complete.

You must receive an 80% pass rate to successfully complete this course.
