The objectives of the learning package are to equip health centre staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and confidently use the stryker stretcher.

Target

A course for all Primary Health Care Remote staff who are required to use the Stryker Stretcher during the course of their duties

Purpose

To provide education and training in the use of the Stryker stretcher

Duration

Each module should take approximately 5 minutes to complete, expected duration of the course is 1 hour

Completion

Attendees complete all online modules and receive a pass mark of 100% in all quizzes.

Technical requirements

Learning modules contain sound / voice overs, participant will therefore need to access these modules on a device that has sound enabled. For Participants using NTG computers, please contact NTG Service Desk  for technical advice or assistance (such as, Do I have audio enable on my computer and/or How to get my audio equipment working) on 1800 000 254.

Self-enrol

  1. NTG staff and MyLearning account holders are invited to use the 'Enrol me' button located at the bottom of this webpage. 
  2. If you cannot see the 'Enrol me' button at the bottom of this webpage, please click here and re-check for the 'Enrol me' button at the bottom of this page.
  3. Clicking on the 'Enrol me' button will enrol you in the course and take you to the course homepage.
  4. If you are not already logged into MyLearning, you will be prompted to login.
Login for NTG users and other MyLearning account holders: 
  • For NTG staff, you will be required to use your NTG ePASS credentials.
  • For non-NTG staff, ie. external users, you will be prompted to login using your MyLearning. 
Non-NTG user who do not have a MyLearning account
  • If you do not have a MyLearning account you will need to apply for a MyLearning account using the Application form for non-departmental staff.
  • Note: form may take some time to load as it is populating with all available courses and their respective dates for selection.
