The aim of ADAC is to enable Registered Nurses to develop competence in the safe administration and handling of antineoplastic drugs.
The course was developed by the Cancer Institute NSW and is implemented by local health care organisations.

About the course

ADAC consists of eight modules comprising eLearning, workshop, supervised clinical workplace learning and competence assessment.
Depending on the nurse's learning needs, they may exit the course with a certificate of completion after module 1, module 2 and module 8.
