This is an online self-paced course that provides all NT Public Sector staff with an understanding of the basic functionality in Content Manager (TRM). Suitable for new user and refresher TRM training.

Overview
Content Manager is the system used to manage the Northern Territory Government's (NTG) records. It is referred to as Territory Records Manager (TRM), as the system name has changed over the years.
Content Manager (TRM) is the official records management system for the NTG.
By the end of this course, you will gain an understanding of:
- The benefits of using TRM
- The requirements for gaining access
- How to access and navigate through TRM
- How to search for records
- How to edit, add and save new versions of documents
- How to use your favourites
- How to create files and save emails
- And how security is managed in TRM.

Completion
To complete this course, attendees must view 80% of the course slides.
