This course is developed for medical and nursing staff caring for paediatric patients.
Overview
ARTEMIS is an acronym for - Approach for Recognition, Teamwork and Management of Infants & Sick children. This course has been developed for multidisciplinary teams (Medical, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals). The key aim of ARTEMIS, is to facilitate confidence in the identification and management of infants and children who display the signs of acute deterioration.

Costs
Department of Health employees there is no cost involved. External participants are required to pay $100 per day to undertake this course. See Payment process below.
Completion
To complete this course, attendees must attend course in full.

Non-NTG Users
External users may use the Application form for non-departmental staff.
Payment Process
- Participant must make required payment to the Receiver of Territory Monies quoting the course they wish to attend.
- Please send payment receipt to CLEaRS.DOH@nt.gov.au
Cancellation Policy
A non-attendance fee of $250 will apply if notice of cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to course commencement. In addition fees will not be refunded if package has been sent to applicant.
