DET - School Finance and Resource Management
The Financial Services business unit within the Department of Education and Training offers training to school leaders and staff to enhance their skills and understanding of school financial governance and resource management.
This course provides a thorough overview of school business processes and financial governance requirements, detailing the roles and responsibilities of School Principals, Business Managers, School Representative Bodies, and the Department.
Key topics covered include financial governance, performance monitoring and reporting, FARMs processes, funding, and salary overpayments.
